We provide expert guidance on infant feeding, including breastfeeding and bottle-feeding, and help you establish a routine that suits your family. Our services also cover proper diapering techniques, safe bathing practices, and proven methods like swaddling and gentle rocking to soothe and calm your baby. Additionally, we offer sleep support to help you establish healthy sleep habits for restful nights and educate you on essential safety practices.

To aid in your recovery, we provide postpartum healing support, including self-care guidance, emotional well-being tips, and a list of local resources. Our practical support extends beyond newborn care, offering assistance with light meal preparation, household tasks, and caring for older siblings—allowing you to focus on bonding with your baby and healing during this precious time.

Please note that practical help is primarily available during daytime shifts and should be discussed before signing a contract.

Our Birth Services are designed to support you throughout your pregnancy, labor, and delivery. We offer continuous emotional and physical support during labor and delivery, helping you navigate the birthing process with confidence and comfort. We assist in creating a birth plan that aligns with your preferences and goals, providing clarity and direction for your birthing experience. Additionally, our prenatal education sessions cover topics such as labor positions, pain management techniques, and what to expect during delivery.

Lactation support is designed to help you feel confident, informed, and supported throughout your feeding journey. Whether you are preparing during pregnancy or navigating challenges after birth, I offer gentle, evidence-based guidance tailored to your goals.

Services are available in-home in San Mateo and surrounding areas, as well as virtually through a HIPAA-compliant platform. Support may include latch and positioning, pumping and flange sizing, milk expression and storage, and navigating common feeding challenges in the early postpartum period.

My approach is personalized, responsive, and centered around you and your baby, with the goal of creating a feeding experience that feels sustainable and supportive.

Please note: I provide education and support within the normal scope of lactation and will refer to an IBCLC or healthcare provider when needed.

We also offer advice on selecting color schemes, themes, and decor elements that reflect your personal style while creating a comforting environment for your baby. Please note that while we assist with the arrangement and organization of the nursery, our Nursery Setup service does not include the assembly of furniture or heavy lifting.
